“I would not even give a single star. Printer doesn't recognised the ink, Faulty product, leaking, no phone number to contact. I did send them few emails did try to contact via their chat window. Unfortunately no one didn't get back to me. SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“When the Ink cartridge fitted in to printer it failed to be recognised, so consequently did not work. Writing to the company for further advice, we have nil response. All previous inks supplied by other companies have worked perfectly. Very poor.”

“This company is the worst I have dealt with for delivery times and there is zero customer services. I DO NOT CARE HOW CHEAP THE INK. I will never order from here again! Super late delivery’s, wrong inks sent. No reply to any emails for over a month. GOOD LUCK! Attached pic of invoice and wrong product sent AGAIN!”
