I posted a message on the website chat tool and had no reply. Having switched from another ink supplier on the basis of price I am very disppointed.”

“I order ink cartridges for an Epsom XP - 405. The old cartridges had a reference number of 1812 but the cartridges you sent me were slightly bigger with a reference of 1811c and although they fit the printer I could not print anything off. It wouldn't let me”

“Ordered ink in December - out of stock. Waited 2 weeks - no reply to my e mails. In january decided to cancel the order - still no reply to e mails. Wrote to Paypal to complain and e mailed Printer Ink Direct. Still no reply. Paypal escalated the claim. Surprise, the ink arrived in January. No apology or e mail Would not deal with this company again”

“Sorry if you choose the wrong courier you get a poor review. The product is fine however when our previous supplier always gets the cartridges to us next day and yours take five. Choice of courier is important to keeping customers. Royal mail are falling apart.”
