“I have had good service previously from you but this time was poor I emailed you twice and contacted you via the website to find out where my order had got to. I received no communication from you at all and then finally about a month later my cartridges arrived. This is a shame, just a brief communication to explain the delay would have been helpful. I now question whether to use you in the future”

“I would give zero rating if I could. This company is an utter disgrace. They advertise delivery as being between 1-3 days, I ordered on 13th April and it arrived today (1st May). No replies to several emails, no replies to requests to refund and no replies to my email asking them under no circumstances to send the item and to only refund as I was unhappy with this service. What did they do they sent it anyway!! Utter cheap rubbish! DO NOT BUY unless you want to be let down and robbed of your hard earned money.”

“Unfortunately you have to give 1 star minimum, sent goods late, did not work, a mixture of different manufacturers inks for the same printer, several weeks later after contacting on FB sennt more still do not work, said they would sort it but never did, absolute rubbish company and rubbish inks, buy at your risk!”
