“Hi, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order. To start with, when I placed the order it said deliver would be 1-3 days - it took 9 days from ordering. Then you sent me two cartridges that aren't right for my printer. (Totally different product numbers.) Now no response from my email on Monday. And no response to further emails. So I must say that at this moment in time I have no intention of ordering from this company again, as I am stuck with cartridges that could damage my printer. I will have to go elsewhere to purchase more cartridges. They haven't even had the decency to get back to me and try and rectify the problem. Think twice before ordering.”

“I tried to communicate on the live chat about my delivery. I paid for guaranteed next day courier delivery. It took two weeks. No reposnse on the live chat, I tried to find a contact number to speak to someone and couldn't. I then emailed when I received my delivery to ask how to raise a complaint and still haven't heard anything.”

“I wouldn't use this company at all!! No customer service at all, I ordered an item, realised it wasn't the right one, emailed the sales team as per the website to ask for it to be cancelled. Didn't get a response, used the online chat, no response at all. I then received an email to say it was being despatched!! I still about a week later haven't heard from them!!!”

“I ordered new cartridges on 08 January. Nothing came and no communicatioon from vendor. I sent a mail to vendor on 15 January. No reply so I contacted PayPal for help on 19 January. On 24 January I received notice of delivery by courier. On 27 January the cartridges arrived. So that's 19 days for completion of order. Rubbish performance by the vendor. Couldn't even be bothered to comminicate with me. I wouldn't touch this vendor again with a barge pole. But that's just my opinion...”
