I am very disappointed. I purchased your ‘compostable’ ink that said it was for my printer. Once reached we tried this and it does in fact NOT work, the printer says it cannot recognise the cartridges! I have emailed you about this twice and had no response … clearly you have wonderful customer service if you cannot even bother to reply to them. Absolutely shambles. I would not recommend at all and totally wasted my money. Your ink is NOT compatible and you lie when you say it is!!

I ordered Inc I never received Inc I paid for Inc. I contacted printer direct numerous times about this still did not get in and had to contact my bank for a refund.

Ordered replacement cartridges for. PIXMA MG6650. Seemed a good price and they were deleted rapidly. However, they were the wrong type. Contacted Printer Ink Direct about a return and I have heard nothing back.

Hi. I ordered ink for my printer on 8/12/2024. On the same day you have charged my Visa credit card. I was waiting for an ink which was not arriving. I had to place an order to buy an ink somewhere else, because your delivery did not come. I sent you an email on 26/12/24 asking for my order but did not receive any reply. So I sent you another email on 6/1/2025 and twice I sent you the same email via chart on your web page, but did not receiv any reply. I sent you another email "Formal complaint" on 7/1/25 then receiving info that my email order wemt to spam. It is strange that you have first taken money (£36.98 on 8/12/2024) then my email order went to spam. I was then informed that my order got lost in the post office on 10/12/24. So if you had that info, why I did not get replacement? Sorry, this was bad experience. Thanks. Kind regards Pavao Zunic

Didn't get what I ordered I emailed this company and they never got back to me so I opened a dispute with the credit card provider, as not as described do not order from these people

I have put the new ink cartridges into the printer. Two are empty! The tapes on the cartridges (black and yellow) were not stuck down. I am not tempted to recommend or use this company again. Very unimpressed by you.

I was going to say ‘See photo’ , but that doesn’t seem to be working. This ink was NOT compatible with my Canon MG7751, despite coming up on a Google search that it was. Of course the one from Canon, costing £18 approx, did work.

Nightmare company- AVOID. Item marked in stock arrived 2 months after placing the order. Zero communication from Printer Ink and no response to my request for a refund.

I received my new ink cartridges and installed them. Just going to use for the first time and both the yellow and magenta are saying they need replacing. Checked them and neither have any ink in them compared to the black and blue. Sooo disappointed ☹️ to say the least. What a rip off!!!!! The cartridges looked nothing g like the picture either!

Do not buy from this company. Advertises Toners that are not compatible. Do not ansewr chats or emails. Impssible to return incorrect items.

Shocking. Sent a request for return of the ink that was sent. Searched for the compatible ink I needed - indicated the compatible ink- ordered- incorrect- I had followed up 3 times checking spam and junk just in case. Still nothing. Had to re order or a reputable company. Came next day - exactly what I ordered.

It was shown as compatible but it was not. I was not able to get the refund also. I mailed for the refund. But there was no response... Bad ever negative customer satisfaction.... Don't ever purchase....

I chose is as delivery suppose to be 1-3 working days, it was, but it took them 2 weeks to ship it. No customer service to reply any messages. Horrible experience

Have ordered previously from this company no issues. Reordered same cartridge as before but was sent wrong cartridge this time. Have sent 4 emails and tried to get a chat but have had no rplirs over thelast 10 days. It would appear customer service is none existant.
