I ordered ink from printer ink direct, which stated it usually arrived in 3 working days. This did not happen and after a week I messaged them asking for an update, no response. I then contacted them again to cancel tue order and process tue refund, no response. With no telephone number or customer service at all they were frustrating. Eventually I asked the credit card company to attempt to to get the refund. Then 2 days after the I’ll has arrived. I won’t be using again.

One cartridge was corroded and a different make it is not recognised and I can't print. All support emails ignored. Do not use this company. Total waste of money.

The service was terrible ordered two ink cartridges decided to add a bit of printing paper to the order paid for it all. Couple of days later informed both inks are out of stock but paper coming a refund would be issued as indeed it was. Why the order went through when you dont have the stock is bizzare. i was just left with over priced paper. To be fair the refund was quick and efficiant must be experianced at that bit!

Order placed on a Saturday and paid extra for next working day delivery, therfore expected delivery on Tuesday. Did not arrive, e-mailed but no reply, tried to use chat box but nothing back. Parcel eventually arrived on Saturday. I will not use this company again, suggest you use other suppliers. (I have given one star because you can not give zero)

Delivered to wrong old address I tried to contact straight away to change but no response. No ink catridges and £10 out of pocket

They have sent me two not working inks for £80. When I wrote to them regarding this, I still haven't received a response. They dont even tell you how to proceed with a refund or reutrn. I would not buy your ink from them.

Very poor service, I got delivered wrong product, try to contact them three times no respond at all. It’s seams doggy business.

The toner cartridges are completely wrong and I have emailed twice and had a chat with the bot ...nothing doing, just send me the correct ones or refund and collect please

After unanswered calls and 2 unanswered emails (with read reciepts not read), over a 2 week period, to rectify cartridge not printing, feel i have no option but to submit a bad review

Poor quality all inks started leaking as I opened the seal , asked for exchange or refund no reply

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I was sent completely the wrong inks, and I've been trying to contact customer service for over a week now with no response. Multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered, and I still have no idea how to get the correct items or a refund. This level of service is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
