“Order placed on a Saturday and paid extra for next working day delivery, therfore expected delivery on Tuesday. Did not arrive, e-mailed but no reply, tried to use chat box but nothing back. Parcel eventually arrived on Saturday. I will not use this company again, suggest you use other suppliers. (I have given one star because you can not give zero)”

“"I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I was sent completely the wrong inks, and I've been trying to contact customer service for over a week now with no response. Multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered, and I still have no idea how to get the correct items or a refund. This level of service is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to be cautious.”

“I have emailed this company twice as I ordered a Compatible Canon Pixma MG5750 High Capacity Printer Ink Cartridge Multipack 1 and the blue cartridge wouldn't work in the printer for some reason. I have still not heard anything back from them which is very frustrating and really poor customer service.”
