“1091582 is my reference number. I placed an order for photo paper. 6x4 210g and 7x5 210g. The 7x5 210g were right, but thr 6x4 you sent me 260g My printer will not take this thickness. “I’ve used printer ink direct before and not had problems. This time around the cartridges have changed and my printer will not accept them. I have sent two emails but received no response from the company. Annoyingly I bought two sets to save having to order again so soon so now have a load of cartridges that will have to be binned.”

“cartridges arrived promtly which was great. unfortunatley that was the only good part. I installed the cartridges did a head cleaning cycle the printed something off, it was covered in horizontal lines so in total i have cleaned the heads 4 times and the lines have improved a little but i have now used half the ink. by the time I get a decent print it will be time to replace them again. I have sent 3 emails explaining this but have still had no reply.”
