“Nothing wrong with the purchase and delivery, however, I tried to get a VAT receipt as it is a business purchase but nobody ever got back to me. I emailed twice, no response. I asked on web chat twice, no response. I contacted them on instagram twice, no response. Product 5 stars, after sales support 0 stars!”
