I have emailed this company twice as I ordered a Compatible Canon Pixma MG5750 High Capacity Printer Ink Cartridge Multipack 1 and the blue cartridge wouldn't work in the printer for some reason. I have still not heard anything back from them which is very frustrating and really poor customer service.

Ordered coloured ink and they sent black ink. I emailed asking for the mistake to be rectified but my emails went ignored. Had to open a PayPal case to get my money back. Would not recommend.

My printer ink still hadn’t arrived after 3 days when I had paid for next day delivery. It eventually turned up. I sent an email to them asking where my printer ink was and I never got a reply. Really not too pleased!!

I have complained already about the ink that i have purchased recently but no response from you guys I am very disappointed I am never going to buy it from here.

Very poor aftercare ... have asked for vat receipt 3 times without a response. no answer on online chat either. Require the cartridges for business so if no receipts available won't be buying again

ink delivered quickley order was for 2x 603xl black ink first ink did not work inserted 2nd ink no problem 2 emails 1 message still no response from you not good

So far I have only tried two of the compatable cartridge in our Epsom WF-7515 neither of which has worked

ZERO POINTS ,as soon as i put the cartridge in my printer it broke up .which made it useless.

I received an incorrect cartridge, l have sent 2emails requesting advise but have not received any response. Would not recommend, very disappointed.

Not impressed, I was assured the ink would be comparable with my Epsom 6100 but when I put the inks In my printer didn't recognise them. Total waste of money won't trust buying anymore on line

I ordered an ink cartridge as a matrter of urgency and was then sent an email to tell me that the parcel would be dispatched via Royal Mail. Royal Mail sent me an email to ask if I had any delivery requirements and I informed them that I would not be available to receive the delivery on the specified day but would leave the porch door open for the delivery. The item was not delivered to my address but handed to the people next door who then went away so we didn't receive the parcel for some time. I informed Printer Ink Direct about this by email but received no resonse what so ever! Not good enough and as for Royal Mail what can I say, pointeless asking for a safe delivery place and then delivering it elsewhere - sorry, again not good enough. I ended up having to buy two extra cartridges from a different supplier. The original order eventually arrived but not as requested.

I was sent the incorrect ink cartridges and when I emailed to tell the company they had sent me the wrong cartridges that are not compatible with my printer, they did not respond

I ordered a toner cartridge from PrinterInkDirect and received the wrong one. I emailed their sales department, but they ignored my message. It seems they have many complaints about their products, which is why they don't respond. Additionally, they don't provide a contact number, making it impossible for customers to call them. They don't care about customer service once the sale is made; they only want positive reviews. I've been trying to reach Team PrinterInkDirect with no success.
