“Cartridges took a little while to arrive, so not good if you have run out and need some immediately, but if that isn't a problem (and it wasn't for me) then all you need are cartridges that work. These did with my Canon printer, no problems. They did exactly what the manufacturer's cartridges did at a fraction of the price so top marks for ding what it says on the tin.”

“I Emailed 5 times no reply, not even a confirmation of order email nothing and no other way to contact you. I was not sure if you were a scam company, I even reported you to trading standards as you took my money but no correspondence and no item until they eventually arrived nearly 30 days after initial order. OK you were cheaper slightly, but it wasn't worth the aggravation. Would I use you again that's a BIG FAT NO!”

“Glacialy slow delivery, took so long I had to order from another company after waiting for four days, and that delivery still came before yours arrived a further week later. What planet are you on? This is 2022 not 1922 you really need to get a grip and sort it out! Will never use this company again. My second order was from a company called incredible great service next day delivery. I doubt they will ever post this but Its off my chest.”

“My order never arrived and I had to send 2 chase emails to find out where my inks were. I never got a reply, the ink just turned up 3 weeks later. The cartridges were supposed to be compatible with my Epson printer but were not, and did not seem any point trying to contact Printer Ink as the chances of a response were non existent! Do not recommend”
