“I've always had excellent service from this company but this time they've let me down. I ordered a multipack with one extra black, which is very useful. When the package arrived, there was no extra black. I wrote to them but received no answer. I wrote again but received no answer. I wrote a third time... ditto. Then I received this e.mail which asked me how many stars I would award them. One of the questions below asks how quickly did the company reply to your queries? Unfortunately, there's no space for 'they didn't. I'm still waiting.'”

“My order took nearly a month to arrive (if not longer). I tried contacting them via email and web chat with no response at all. I had to go and purchase the same ink elsewhere and that arrived next day. I won't recommend this company to anyone and will not be using them again, myself. I will also be returning this order for a refun”

“Paid for this item, was told delivery in 5 working days, and 3 weeks later we'd received nothing. After numerous emails to the company we had no reply either. Fortunately after 7 weeks from the order date it finally arrived. Won't be ordering from here again”

“I ordered some ink cartridges on the 21st June, from Printer Ink Direct for my Epson printer that were supposed to be compatible. However, I have not been successful with the installation. I have twice sent messages on their 'Contact Us' link and also an email asking for advice. I have not received any responses, therefore unless they respond I will be returning the two sets of cartridges to the company and expect a full refund.”
