“Have ordered twice. Both times good arrived okay, but the customer service is non existent. They don’t reply to emails. I can’t get a VAT receipt which makes it impossible to keep making business purchases from them. This should be easy stuff. If I hear back from them I’ll amend review score.”

“Terrible. Was told 3 days max to deliver and would be notified of dispatch. After 5 days I emailed to say basically don't bother and to refund me as I'd need to order from elsewhere now. No reply. Still no dispatch notification. Cartridges took over 2 weeks to arrive. Already bought and received substitutes from Amazon for a few pence more and by next day delivery. Would not recommend.”

“The service received didn't even deserve one star. Ordered cartridges on 13th June. expecting to receive them in a few days. Took 2 emails and 2 Contact Us forms before they were finally dispatched to me on 28th June. At no point did I get an answer to emails or Contact Us forms and no apologies. Rubbish service, although product is fine.”

“Well I have only just recieved my inks having ordered them 4 weeks ago. 2 to 3 days it says. Pretty poor service I'd say plus I messaged 3 times with no reply and tried to use your chat facility to no avail . Probably won't bother again”

“My order of 4 black ink cartridges did not arrive within the 1-3 working days as advertised. I submitted an online contact form on 2 separate occasions to find out where my order was, I received no reply or acknowledgement. I then sent a third contact form cancelling the order and asking for a refund and at the same time, placed a new order with a different supplier which arrived the next day. Two days later, my original order from Printer Ink Direct arrived and still no acknowledgement of my submitted forms. I also emailed (from hdhss@aol.com) on 2 separate occasions, 9th June and 15th June, asking when I could expect delivery. Extremely poor and unprofessional service.”

“I've always had excellent service from this company but this time they've let me down. I ordered a multipack with one extra black, which is very useful. When the package arrived, there was no extra black. I wrote to them but received no answer. I wrote again but received no answer. I wrote a third time... ditto. Then I received this e.mail which asked me how many stars I would award them. One of the questions below asks how quickly did the company reply to your queries? Unfortunately, there's no space for 'they didn't. I'm still waiting.'”
