“Very well packed,excellent service arrived when stated,just one problem the black cartridge ink spilled out when the tab was removed, bit hard to remove printer ink from hands”

“One cartridge didn’t work from the start. Printer soon started showing an error on magenter. Messaged sales, no reply. Really disappointed cos had a good experience in the past”

“No communication. Emailed and ignored. Only one parcel of 2 sent and email ignored again. Had to request bank to initiate an indemnity request. I would avoid at all costs.”

“1091582 is my reference number. I placed an order for photo paper. 6x4 210g and 7x5 210g. The 7x5 210g were right, but thr 6x4 you sent me 260g My printer will not take this thickness. I have sent two emails and started a chat but as yet no one has been in touch with me. Would some one look into this for me. Thanking you Kathleen Fish”
