“I ordered an ink cartridge as a matrter of urgency and was then sent an email to tell me that the parcel would be dispatched via Royal Mail. Royal Mail sent me an email to ask if I had any delivery requirements and I informed them that I would not be available to receive the delivery on the specified day but would leave the porch door open for the delivery. The item was not delivered to my address but handed to the people next door who then went away so we didn't receive the parcel for some time. I informed Printer Ink Direct about this by email but received no resonse what so ever! Not good enough and as for Royal Mail what can I say, pointeless asking for a safe delivery place and then delivering it elsewhere - sorry, again not good enough. I ended up having to buy two extra cartridges from a different supplier. The original order eventually arrived but not as requested.”

“I ordered a toner cartridge from PrinterInkDirect and received the wrong one. I emailed their sales department, but they ignored my message. It seems they have many complaints about their products, which is why they don't respond. Additionally, they don't provide a contact number, making it impossible for customers to call them. They don't care about customer service once the sale is made; they only want positive reviews. I've been trying to reach Team PrinterInkDirect with no success.”
