“The ink I ordered was dispatched quickly and arrived early. Unfortunately, it was the wrong ink which was not compatible with my printer. I emailed them numerous times to get the ink returned and the correct ink delivered, but haven't had any response from them. I would never use them again, and would definitely not recommend anyone buy ink from them.”

“Order arrived complete and dispatched in good time, ink works in the printer despite not being a genuine replacement cartridge. The only negative point I would make was that despite paying for next day delivery the courier company did not achieve this. No remedial action (e.g. offer to refund extra paid for next day service nor apology) was taken by printinkdirect nor the courier company despite me writing an email to notify this had happened.”
