“I was on the verge of throwing away our Epson SX445 printer which we have had for about 9 years during which time we have always used compatible inks. However our last batch of inks from another supplier were not giving very good results and the prints were getting worse. As a last resort I decided to try a new supplier and chose Printer Inks and after performing another Head Cleaning and nozzle check the results were remarkable and are as good as on day one. I will most definitely be buying more compatible cartridges from Printer Inks.”

“I find that I received this automated email hilarious. I have tried two times to get in touch and had no response. The toners I ordered are not being picked up by the printer. Because of this, I was trying to arrange for them to be returned, and nothing. I will say they arrived very quickly, but communication is clearly not a strong point. I will have to cancel payment via credit card company it seems.”
