“Well, If I could give 0 stars i would. I wonder if this is a scam site. I ordered inks for my printer which the printer didn't accept. I tried to contact the company through their website and by email with no reply. I eventually sent the unopened packets of ink back to the company but they have neither refunded my payment nor acknowledged my letter in any way. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>”

“I was told 3 working days to deliver, not so 10 days later I complained but guess what it was on the way. The problem was I was on the way too, on holiday I still don't know if it arrived, is it on my doorstep getting wet or stolen? I did ask for them not to send it but never got a reply.”

“Delivery arrived in good time and the order process was easy and straightforward. However, after sales has been extremely poor. I need a copy of the invoice so I can claim back the costs through work and nearly a week later and four email requests later no response and no invoice. Disappointed and unfortunately won't be using Printerink again as its now cost me money. What should have been 5* is now very low 3* due to poor communication and aftersales.”

“Hi first off I ordered Printerinkdirect Everyday Premium (A4) Paper 75g/m2 500 Sheets (White) × 1 Along with some ink the order was placed on the 2nd oct and arrived on the 14th oct hardly 1-3 days as advertised the main issue is that I ordered everyday premium a4 paper white for a reason,that is,that my printer does not work well with any other type so to receive new future laser paper is not what I ordered. I emailed printer ink direct and asked for a returns label as I wanted a refund so far I've had no respond. I cannot recommend this company.”
