“Messaged twice and no reply from Printer Ink Direct. Sadly, they don’t work on my Epson WF-2850 printer. It just says that the cartridges aren’t recognised and shows a ‘no ink/replace’ graphic. Have had to purchase an alternative brand that works.”

“Their paper is priced extortionately and appears to be to trick you into believing it's a box of paper instead of a pack. I've tried to send the paper back to get a refund and they've ignored my emails. I've had to raise a dispute with PayPal. Avoid like the plague.”
