“it took a while for them to arrive, and when they did my printer didnt recognise two of them.? Fortunitely when I put back the two that had just come out ,it worked. So,i will just have to make the effort to buy them locally in future.”

“I have my order but need to exchange. Despite SEVERAL attempts to contact them over several weeks, I have not had one response. It doesn't really matter if the product is good if there is NO customer service. Therefore I cannot recommend this company at all.”

“Given four stars for now as still awaiting replies from my two emails regarding aftersales service. Could amend it to Five or maybe One. Time will tell. Product and price are great and fast delivery 23 Oct update…. As per above review, 15 days and still no reply to both emails, so have amended it to a one star review. Seem happy to take my money, but zero after sales response.”

“I placed my order on 12/9 for inks and paid for the 1-3 days delivery option. When it hadn't arrived 10 days later I emailed asking for an update and got no response. I contacted them again 2 days later and still didn't receive a response. On 6/10 I raised a complaint with my bank after finding the Printer Ink Direct Facebook page and finding many people having the same issue and concluding that this must be a scam company. After calling the bank, I also commented on the page about my experience and that I had raised a complaint with the bank to get my money back. The next day I had a response from Printer Ink Direct telling me they would send the ink! I have obviously purchased ink elsewhere now and would not recommend this company. Their customer service is non existent, and I'm certain that, had I not contacted my bank, I would have been scammed out of the money entirely.”
