Have asked for a invoice now 4 times and still nothing, how hard is it to send one over or just put one in with the goods.

This company is a scam. They never replied on advice for my non delivered order that was probably never been sent.

Ordered ink over 3 weeks ago still hasn't arrived. E mailed first beforw review to tet finf out where it is. Had no reply and still no ink recieved or any refund

This email is a joke I’ve send you a couple of emails saying it hasn’t arrived. Tracking says it keeps going to Somerton near Bristol which is 210 miles from me. Please sort this out

Copany unable to be contacted regarding order and they haven't responded to nermerous e-mails or their chat-line. No address or telephone number obtainable. Unable to return item or get suitable alternative ink jets or refund.

I am afraid I can give it no stars because, as I explained in an earlier email to the vendors, the wrong item was sent to me. I received a toner cartridge addressed to a Mr Paul Wilson. 117 Station Road, Okehampton. EX20 1EH. Perhaps you could sort it out for me?

Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. Within a couple of hours I realised, read the instructions on the website and requested that the order not be despatched and identified the correct item that I required. PID completely ignored this request and subsequent emails including a request to return within the time stated. All were ignored. Well PID, enjoy your easy £30 it's the last you will get from me and I will actively discourage anyone from dealing with you. Unprofessional is the word that springs to mind. I wish I had read reviews before dealing with you. 1 star is a star to many, I wish I could make it 0

I ordered the ink and it took 3 weeks to arrive. This was only after i chased them up. The ink never worked on the printer, said it wasn't compatible. There is no way to contact the company other than by email, i have emailed them and received no response. I am now after a refund and can't get a response about that. Never will i use this company again or do i suggest anyone purchases anything from them.

The product itself seems fine, however, Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong house, they advise contacting the sender which I did, via chat and e-mail, the response? None, for this poor customer service I give 1 star

I ordered toner cartridge but they sent me drum unit. After recieved item I wrote an email to explain I got wrong item but you didn’t respond.

Terrible customer service. An incorrect item was ordered and I contacted them 3x reagrding the issue to help resolve it. No reply whatsoever from them! The don’t have a phone number you can call, only an email address which no on replied to me from. Would advise you to shop elsewhere.

Ink is not compatible with my HP printer and despite trying to make contact on 2 separate occasions, I am still awaiting a response, I have now instructed my card company to action a chargeback for the £149.00 as I have not heard how to resolve this problem, they do not have a telephone number and do not respond to messages.

Been trying 4 days to get a refund and no one is responding at all. Item isn't as described and incorrect description for it. Not happy at all 😡
