“Unfortunately it is proving virtually impossible to contact anyone at Printer Ink Direct to sort out an issue that actually isn't their fault or mine (but connected with problems concerning Royal Mail with the delivery which means they have returned the item so it still has not been received. I have sent emails to Printer Ink Direct without any response and there is no contact phone number so I am hoping that they will respond to this posting!! I had started out being quite impressed with the speed my order was processed but my confidence in using them is rapidly going downhill because of the difficulty in getting a response from anyone there. I would strongly suggest that they re-consider using Royal Mail to deliver too.”

“I paid for before noon next day delivery but the order did not arrive until two days later. I have emailed the company twice regarding a refund of the fee paid for the quick delivery but they have not replied. One star is too generous for this shoddy service but sadly zero stars is not offered as an option. If you are desperate for items next day and are prepared to pay for it, use another company as this lot don’t give a dam.”

“I ordered two cartridges from this company. One worked and one didn't. I wrote to the company asking for a replacement cartridge or a refund. I have no problem returning the broken cartridge. I have written twice, but nobody has got back to me. Therefore, I would strongly advise you not to purchase a printer cartridge from this company.”

“Ordered on a Sunday and paid £4.99 extra for guaranteed next day delivery so expected delivery would be Tuesday morning. I received nothing on Tuesday so emailed PrinterInk direct in the evening asking them what had happened, did not receive a reply to my email or any refund for the wasted extra £4.99. Received the ink cartridges Wednesday afternoon, 3 full days from my initial order. Sent them another email yesterday, again I have received no reply.”
