“I followed the instructions supplied with the "Compatible" ink cartridges and they are useless, two of them leaked on installation and every time I switch my printer on it rejects them rendering them unusable, a total waste of time, effort and money.”

“I ordered two cartridges from this company. One worked and one didn't. I wrote to the company asking for a replacement cartridge or a refund. I have no problem returning the broken cartridge. I have written twice, but nobody has got back to me. Therefore, I would strongly advise you not to purchase a printer cartridge from this company.”

I fired a warning shot when they asked for a review - still no communication back. Good luck if buying from this company customer relations is not a thing at all.”
