“Ordered on a Sunday and paid £4.99 extra for guaranteed next day delivery so expected delivery would be Tuesday morning. I received nothing on Tuesday so emailed PrinterInk direct in the evening asking them what had happened, did not receive a reply to my email or any refund for the wasted extra £4.99. Received the ink cartridges Wednesday afternoon, 3 full days from my initial order. Sent them another email yesterday, again I have received no reply.”

“I have recently changed from another own-brand compatible ink supplier to Printer Ink Direct. I was a bit unsure when I made my first order but was pleasantly surprised by how well the inks worked from Printer Inks Direct. Their price is half of what I used to pay, for many years, and about 25% of the price of the genuine Epson inks. I placed my second order of a complete set of 4 inks and they came promptly, post-free. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to save money on their printer inks and still have good-quality printing.”
