I have written three times to the company to ask if I can return or change this, but have had no reply so far. After so many days have passed, I would have at least expected an acknowledgement of my problem.”

“Having changed my Epson printer and my local ink cartridge supplier having retired I followed his recommendation and went to PI Direct. The website had very clear information, was simple to navigate and place an orde at a very acceptable price with free delivery. Email confirmation was received within minutes, followed by confirmation the order had been mailed. The inks arrived next day securely packaged. They work perfectly in the printer and I am delighted with the product and the serveice. NO doubt where future printer inks will come from! Thank you.”
