“I'm very sorry to say that although the colour cartridges are working satisfactorily but the black ink has stopped working, barely putting ink at all on the printed page! I bought two ful sets of inks....the second black in my brother mfc 650DW does not appear on the packaging therefore to fit nor is this machine listed as specified on the packaging as per my order. I would appreciate a refund or x2 black cartridges to replace those that do not work. Yours rk”

“Order number: 1081934 Unfortunately, the ink cartridges you delivered to me were not compatible. I had a neighbour come around to help me who is a whizz on computers and has helped me solve problems really quickly a few times in the past - obviously due to my lack of experience!! - getting old!! I removed all the old cartridges and put in all your new ones but the printer said first time "Yellow ink ink cartridge not compatible", then a few minutes later it said "Black ink cartridge incompatible"etc.etc.etc. My friend tried many ways to resolve this issue but nothing would work satisfactorily. He knows how to search around a computer and I never have a clue what he is doing but in the past he has always resolved any isuues I have had. On Page 2 of my order confirmation it said "Need help?" then in blue print it said"Contact Us" . I sent you a lengthy email explaining all this but later realised the message had not actually been sent. I, of course, quoted my order number. Then I pressed "Contact us" somewhere else and the same thing happened again. I do hope that you will reply to this email as I could not find your telephone number ANYWHERE. Companies should always give their telephone number as many of us who shop on line are elderly. I only opened one pack of the ink cartridges and would be very grateful if you could inform me on how to return the parcel back to you. I would also like to ask you if you could email me a return delivery address label with a bar code on. I really don't see why I should pay for it considering the time it has taken me to actually contact you. If I do not get a reply I will have to take this further. However, I am sure you will be understanding. Very much looking forward to hearing from as soon as possible. I eventually went to a local shop and found some that worked which was lucky as I had a couple of important documents to print out. Look forward to hearing from you asap please. “The product is decent enough, but the after sales service is non existent. Having bought the wrong gsm paper to go through my printer, I emailed them a number of times to see if I could exchange them, but the only email I got back was asking me to give them a review, which was all they seemed interested in. It's a shame, because had their customer service been as decent as the product, I would be highly recommending them”

“didn't fit properly, printer showing error of printer cover not closed, it was. print didn't print, fed through but no ink, took loads of effort to get it to print, no definition on print black and white, cheap but that's why, rubbish, waste of time and money, very upset, have to buy genuine Epson ink now why state it works when it doesn't, never buy from this company again.”
