“Ordered ink, delivery says 1 -3 days (not guaranteed) took 9 days, enquired about delays via email no reply. Had to buy local at cannon prices. The "not guaranteed " should have rung alarm bells, never mind you live and learn.”

“At first I ordered some incompatible cartridges which obviously didn't work whereupon you guys kindly sent me some replacements which were guaranteed to work but didn't and when I sent you messages stating this with pictures, I heard nothing back - I'd like a refund now as I've had to go elsewhere to get some that worked......there....that's my honest review”

“We placed the order in January 2023 but did not receive the product until mid-February. considering this was meant to be a next-day service this is unacceptable. I tried emailing and using the web chat but neither was responded to. No telephone number so could not speak to anybody.”

“The cartridges are cheap, and I suppose some of them are ok, but it seems to be 50/50 chance. My colour cartridge was fine, but my black one was terrible, it was printing extremely patchy, you couldnt read a page consistently. I contacted Printer Ink Direct twice, and noone ever got back to me. It seems that customer service doesnt exist. Unfortunately I wont be buying from them again. Shame.”

“Nothing wrong with the ink, but (as I have now told this company three times), they failed to action any of the contacts saying I had ordered the wrong cartridges (as quickly as immediately after I pressed the order button). I now have two sets... one unwanted. What's the point of contact details if there's no-one at the other end?”
