“The compatible ink cartridges arrived in good time, unfortunately my Epsom printer wouldn't accept them even though tried many things. I contacted Printer ink direct three times by email to ask how to obtain a refund, no reply at all. BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH CAUTION AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I have now given up trying to get any response from them and have referred the matter to my credit card company instead. Useless f**cking crooks!”

“I have previously used Printer Ink Direct for ordering ink for my Epsom XP4100 printer and they worked fine. Such a big saving buying their own brand as opposed to Epson inks!
