“Only got one star as there's no option for zero. Cartridges don't fit properly and the printer doesn't recognise them. No reply to emails or Facebook messages. Terrible company and product. Will be speaking to my bank to reclaim the money they took from me.”

“Hi The cartidges are good and at a competetive price, but communication could be bettet. I beleive they should have been despatched next day following ordering but came just over a month later. I hadn't run out of ink, but I did wonder if they would ever turn up as I got no feedback from yourselves ( no reply to my 2 or 3 emails) Just a one liner saying when they would arrive would have done. That would help your business I'm sure. Cheers”
