“I purchased the ink cartridges for my Epson SX425W on 22nd Nov 23 which arrived on the 25th. When I tried to load the magenta cartridge it came up "not recognised" on the screen after several attempts with two cartridges. I've since emailed sales twice with the above problem enquiring if there are alternative compatible cartridges that can be used as there seems to be an issue with these. To date, I'm still to receive any response to either email. Until this matter is resolved the review will be unfavorable.”

“The order did arrive quite promptly, however, when the ink was delivered one of the colours had leaked. I have now emailed 4 times and have not received a response or any mention of a refund. I will not be using Printer Ink Direct again.”

“didn't fit properly, printer showing error of printer cover not closed, it was. print didn't print, fed through but no ink, took loads of effort to get it to print, no definition on print black and white, cheap but that's why, rubbish, waste of time and money, very upset, have to buy genuine Epson ink now why state it works when it doesn't, never buy from this company again.”

“Unfortunately although my order was delivered promptly it was incorrect. After several attempts to contact them I received a very apologetic phone call and they refunded my payment and sent a return prepaid label for me to send ink cartridges back to them”

“Ordered a set of toners, 1 was faulty and despite 2 emails and raising a PayPal claim for a refund, I have received no response. Taken from their email "We hope everything is going well and you're totally happy with your order. Of course, if not please do let us know by replying to this email and we'll get right on it" ..... really, all words and no actions. Will never use this company again”
