“Took the test. (Passed) but my screen shut off after every 10 questions. Was denied my certification because screen went black. Contacted the support to correct the issue. They resolved the issue immediately and understood the confusion. Very professional and understanding.”

“Very easy to use . I went to a different site at first . Paid twice to do foodhandler course and couldn't get in. I gave up.and searching I found Probe it . No.problem navigating the menu found my course paid took course got my certificate. No problems. Thank you”

“thank you for all the help as the system was very Hard at first to get in as it would not accept my password. and it took a number of times to get in and finally it let me in. But once I was in the course was laid out in a very good and understandable way. the only idea i have is to make sure it is more informative on the fact the even thought we do test all the way. I was not ready for a final test and even after the test I was not sure that I passed or what I was supposed to do, other than that it was good and yes I would use and recomend it to others”
