“The lectures are good, easy to catch up and understandable, so much fun for the quizzes especially, but my wife made mistake in resubmit the photo ID for the certificate, she try to call the phone number but no one answer it, please help her, thanks”

“A bit Frustrated with the set up... after module 5 i posed for quite a while but when I get back to my module, I can't log in anymore. at first maybe I forgot my password. so I called office to reset it. I got help by a nice Lady (forgot her name), but from to time I have to stop my lesson as I have customers. each time I log in I'm getting message invalid log in. I thought maybe I have to rest for a while and continue later, tonight I'm trying to get back to my module, but then again, can not log in, it says" Invalid log in, please try again" . now I can't call head office to reset as they're close. so frustrated. I have finally have time to finish it but, I'm getting this issues simultaneously. I tried to reset password online but it says my email address is invalid. which is...since I started my lesson, I only using one email. frustrated, it's not a friendly user.”

“I had difficulty completing the course, due to issues with my face not being shown all the time. I’m doing this course on my iPad and it’s difficult to constantly having to adjust my iPad to make sure my face is shown at all times.”

“In general I appreciated the presentation format of the course as in flow, engaging methods like the various games as review questions, combination of video, voice and reading short explanations kept it from being too boring. I did have trouble with some of the expectations for navigating into the course as well as the exam part of the course, but this was likely due to my lack of expertise with on-line techy means. Perhaps a bit more instruction as to what to expect... for example the need of a camera for exam purposes.”

“Course gives good info and fairly easy to use website. Had difficulty accessing the exam. One suggestion that would have been very helpful and a lot less stressful would be for the timer of the exam to start once photo and picture ID had been submitted. I wasted ++ time getting on site to write.”
