“Overall interesting course with good information - some technical glitches when trying to move the cursor in some of the exercises and it would be good to see what errors were made when completing the quizzes in order to go back and review the material, otherwise easy to follow and very informative.”

“The course was extremely helpful to update on all proper food safety techniques. I found the content on two subject matters confusing; certain information was contradicted or switched around so that it wasn't clear what the answer would be for testing purposes. I asked to have my incorrect answers sent to me with the correct answer for learning purposes but no response. I think that it would be helpful to follow up after the exam and inform students of the correct answers for their mistakes in the examination. Also the content was not adapted well to the computer so I had to constantly use the sidebars to slide all the information into place.”

“Once I figured out how to navigate the system between modules and frames, all seem to go well. I was using an ipad so at times when I wanted to read something on the screen I had to use the scroll at bottom of screen frequently to get the whole picture/words. It became tiring. It could be the speed of my ipad but there were times where I wanted to finish an exercise (click and drag to responses). I had to constantly try to click and drag to drop in appropriate response box(es). Overall it was a good experience. Lots of information, I could work at my speed and review modules I had difficulty.”
