“When I trying to enroll I ended up with 3 courses in my cart and it would not let me delete any of them. I got the refresh email address from my manager and managed to log in again and was successful. Very frustrating the first time. I was very happy with the refresher course.”

“Design and development of this course was created very poorly. They chose to use the lightest colouring of lettering on light backgrounds making it impossible to read or even pick out. Most of the drop down options were missing information, also the hangman game wasn't the smartest pick to use. Customer service was also really poor when i reached out asking about the design. Glad i got it on sale when i did cause I definitely wouldnt pay full price for such a poorly created course.”

“The guidance through the process is not defined well and clients don't know what is coming next. It needs to be more user friendly. Also after 3 messages I let on your answering machine, no-one called me back to help me through the process. "Frustrating"”
