I wasn’t able to finish my online course and yet when I tried to log in, it shows that I don’t have the said account. But I paid for $ 50 for that course!!

I can not give a review of the program because after I paid the fee and wanted to read all the requirements (and take the test) I clicked on the first step, nothing developed at all, just idled. I've asked my daughter to contact the company for me and ask, why is that and why can't I take the test after paying the fee by credit card. No one answered the phone listed on their (PROBE IT) website. My daughter sent an email to the contact email listed on their website. It was more than a week ago, but no one got back to us, not by email, or by phone. So I would give zero stars for their website service and I would give minus (-)10 stars for their customer service. They've got my money and kept it, without providing any service :-(

I can not get access to to see modules in my laptop. It has been one days but still I can not get access. Very poor experience.

I was never able to get my certificate so this course was a waste of money for me. Had to retake it with other company and I received my certificate from them. Do not recommend them at all.

Your instructions re submitting photo etc are inadequate. The entry steps did not work. The advocate site was useless.

Said I couldn’t take the test because it couldn’t read my id. Tried again and it let me take the test. Once I passed the test it told me it was invalid as it couldn’t read my id. Took me 4 different devices and about 2 dozen tries until I could actually put my id in again. Beyond frustrating.

Hello Mary, Unfortunately, we are sorry that you felt this way. We have explained to you three times that your exam is being blocked by your computer's antivirus software and that you will need to disable it in order to proceed with the exam. We even attempted to assist you through zoom and phone conversations. Your frustration should be directed at the anti-virus software you installed on your machine, not at our customer service. We did our best, and in the end, we certified you. Finally, we would like to extend our congratulations on receiving your FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 Certificate from us. Hello Courtney, I am not sure how you made such a claim. Your certificate is uploaded to your account as well it was emailed to you on two different occasions. In any case. Our customer service called and left you three voicemails on how to download your certificate and we recorded a loom video to help you. Thank you for taking the course with us.
