“The lessons were clear and the platform easy to use. Dropped a star for two reasons. 1) after the exam I was not able to review the questions I got wrong, therefore I could not learn from my mistakes. 2) using the Webcam to submit ID for verification was problematic. I had to do it multiple times because of ameras inability to focus on something so close to lens. Would be great of there was an option to upload a scan of my ID.”

“I do have great difficulties with technology. Most people grasp the computer well. In my case, I did a wonderful job in completing this course. I have many learning disabilities and manage well. The only part that upset me, was been told that I was not visible. I did the coarse at a government office and I was monitored. My chair and my self never moved. Thank you for your time Joanne McTague”

“The course was very informative and well presented. The only thing I found confusing was at the end when I completed the exam it gave no indication what was happening. What I mean by that was I passed but it didn't explain anything. What I feel it should have done is say "congratulations you have passed and your certificate is now in your email inbox" This I found rather frustrating. Other than that is was good.”

“I really like your format. one thing though, after taking your food safe exam and failing due to my face not being fully in view. I can't seem to retake the exam no matter what I do. also for some reason the screen that showed me being recorded went black a couple of minutes into the exam and it stayed that way until the end.”
