“The lamp I had ordered initially worked but stopped working the first day I received it. I attempted to reach out through their website to initiate an exchange and didn't receive a response. I then contacted the sales team that I received the shipping confirmation through they responded and said they would ship me a replacement lamp. 11 days later still have not received a replacement. Reach out to confirm shipping they confirm it shipped 11 days ago and would see about getting tracking info for shipment. That was 5 days ago I just received a tracking number that shows the shipment was set up this morning shipping out of the UK so it will probably be another week before I have a replacement. Save yourself time and just order the Chinese one off of Amazon at least they won't take a month to get you a replacement.”

“I contacted them to return a bulb and you can't even talk to anybody I'm trying to get an RMA number and a return label and it's impossible very poor service”

“The lamp worked great for 3 hours then it was followed by a loud pop and the screen shut off. Very unimpressed with everything about this product.”

“I was happy about the price- it was hard to find this particular item. It ended up not being the correct anything and does not work with this specific projector. Might be counterfit parts.”

“Took order on an out of stock part listed as in stock. Weeks later informed part was out of stock and offered replacement (also out of stock) Did hear anything back for over another week. Called number and left messages with now respond. Finally received and emailed that the buld was out of stock. Lost my customer over this.”

“Not happy ordered some filters said would be here next day or 3 days rural areas. A week later hadn’t received them sent text said they had been closed for the holidays. No where on their website said this. If I would have known I would have ordered from some one else. Week and a half later still don’t have my 47.00 filters yet asking for a review.”
