We even received a phone call on the day of delivery to make sure we received our order on time. Nothing was too hard and our pens look fantastic. The quality and print is exactly what we were after! “Jade provided excellent customer service. She was always very responsive and attentive, provided many different options for what we were looking for, many visual mockups and quotes. We were also very grateful for the additional free unbranded mouse sample as we were unhappy with one of the branded samples received. Overall our main issue was the quality of some of the products - the first mouse sample received looked different to the online image. The branded towel also had loose stitching and a faded colour. I understand we picked cheaper product options in these cases, but felt the quality still didn't reflect what was displayed online. We are happy with our final order or mice and mousepads and will definitely use the platform again for future branded product enquiries.”

“Found dealing with Nicole was very good as Ive been in sales and my own company for the last 55 years and not many people follow up like she doeas as well I could tell that she went to bat for us after a mistake was made byt the embroiders. Will definately come to to PP like we did woith the last order.”

“We have just received delivery our order of double walled coffee cups and drink bottles. They are amazing, beautful, classy - we LOVE them. I cannot recommend Promotion Products highly enough for any comapnies, sporting groups or individuas looking for quality items (and a massive selection of products) teamed with value for money a seamless, professional and positive experience. Working inparticular with Monika Grigg in the Design Team - she is a delightful magician!!!!”

“We were tasked with a short turn around and speed to market challenge with a customised promotional gift set as apart of national client loyalty program , "The 2025 Welcome Gift". Nikki Grace was nothing but a delight to work with to help us meet our delivery timeline. “I have had a great experience dealing with Promotion Products! My client was after a high quality stubby holder with top and side stitching which also includes a magnet and it was actually quite hard to find but Promotion Products had exactly what I was looking for and at a very fair and reasonable price. Tracy offered top notch customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful, efficent and accomodating. We are also extremely happy with the quality of the finished product that we receieved. Very happy customer.”

“It was great that we could get custom products included in our Christmas Hampers - feedback was good but we had some issues with delayed deliveries and the delivery costs were quite steep (when the competition have free delivery).”

“Awesome service and communication. We had a last minute order before they closed for Christmas period and Joel got it all sorted ASAP for us.
