“Staff at promotion products are incredibly helpful, polite and responsive to contact. Nothing is ever too difficult or made to be a hassle for us when placing an order. “Hi all, firstly this is a very genuine response for great service that BuzzSaw Media P/L has experienced from Promotional Products. We ordered from Clara (wonderful customer experience) who let me know that our order, being a branded logo Pen and Book set would be delivered by the requested date. Clara was amazing and had the product delivered a day early. There was a minor isue re two books and thus I spoke to Nikki. Nikki fixed the issue immediately, which was amazing, thus allowing all our clients to receive a great product which bode well for BuzzSaw Media. Many thanks to Nikki, Clara and team. Yet again (as we are repeat customers), the process from quoting with Riki and his management of the process through to the delivery of the items - was exceptional. “I was recommended to order T Shirts through `Promotion Products` from someone who has previously dealt with this company. This was my first time ordering Tshirts and was unsure on what was the process like and timeframes for delivery. Jackie Warren (Merch Specialist) made it seemlessly easy. She responded to my queries promptly and made allowance for the changes in sizes and colour. It is good dealing with someone who is willing to make allowances and so accommodating. We got our orders delivered to Perth on time and there was a follow up email. We will definitely do business with your organisation again and that is thanks to Jackie.”
