“Communication was really good! We were talking to Jackie with this proccess. The only issue was the second batch was supposed to be delived to another adress but it got mixed up ( this was faulty on both parts and just a misscomuuncation issue!).”

“Ella and team from Promotion Products were absolutely fantastic and on the ball! I had been in previous conversations with another supplier who had been dragging their feet and taking forever to get back to me regarding production colours, delivery time etc. One inquiry through the Promotion Products website and Ella had me on the phone, assisting whereever she could in a matter of mintues. Bonus points for keeping me updated throughout the production and devliery process!”
