“I recently ordered lanyards for my workplace event and had an excellent experience. A special thanks to Joel Enright, the account manager assigned to us. He was incredibly helpful from the start, providing clear product details, mock-ups, and quotes. The mock-up was easy to review, and we placed our order quickly to allow time for production. Even with a fast turnaround, the team handled everything smoothly, confirming the order and sharing tracking details promptly. This was our first time ordering, and the product quality was exactly as promised. Overall, the process was seamless, and I will definitely return for future orders.”

Izzy Harley was such a delight to deal with, she catered to all the changes we made, made sure I was happy with the adjustment and was always very polite through all communication. The team were all happy with the final product, quality of the hoodie and the price. Have been asked by other teams of who I went through so they can utilise the same company.”

“I recently worked with Rachelle Ferguson from Promotion Products on an order of custom carabiner mugs, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Rachelle was professional, friendly, and highly responsive throughout the process. She took the time to clarify product options, provided clear updates at every stage, and made the ordering and proofing process simple and stress-free. The end result was exactly what we were after, and I really appreciated her attention to detail and genuine care to make sure everything went smoothly. The added touch of planting a tree for our order was also a great bonus and shows the company’s commitment to sustainability. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rachelle and Promotion Products to anyone looking for quality merchandise and reliable service. — Aaron Kinnersly, Able WA”
