“The woman who collects the loan upset my partner consideribly. My partner suffers anxiety and can sometimes talk fast. Lyn made fun of her in front of neighbours. Kept asking us to shut up while recording and also didn't even tell us she was recording in the first place. She is rude, bolshy constantly forgets what she's told us on previous visits about re loans. Forgot to knock on our new arranged day of Friday this week and knocked on Thursday.
