“Joe is amazing guy really puts u at ease as I was really stressed especially because his manager was with him and I was feeling uncomfortable and bit embarrassed especially as my disability makes me easily confused and I get very forgetful but he made me feel like I was just having a chat with a friend even though he made sure I was comfortable he made sure I was certain that I understood everything was binding and I was signing a contract and he was very professional but in a very approachable way. I hope I explained that right as another example of my illness is not being able to explain myself properly. Just as long as you know that I was very weary about getting involved with your company because agents I've met before at friends houses haven't been pleasant but Joe was brilliant and hopefully he will continue to be my agent for as long as I'm a customer.”
