“Well, there is nothing bad I can say about provident. They are fast from application to lending you the cash and talk you through it. I absolutely love the fact they come out to your home and go through everything with you face to face, and they are completely confidential. Lauvina is an excellent provident team member, I can ask her to come out earlier or later that day. This is the first time I've used a loan company and what an excellent experience I'm having so far.

Te following day i had a different provident representative was was fine but 3 times about the expense she said she wishes she had a partner or husband like that ,it made me feel judged and patronised.I told her that it is not as you see it. Apart from this all is good.”
