“First attempt, online system wanted prior address and when went through to advisor, they advised that they didn't cover the area I lived in.
Second attempt, advisor decide that they could only come at certain times and so forced me to take a whole day off work to deal with her. She left me after the completing the application, She then phoned me back, when she was aware that I was due to go out and pick my daughter up, and demanded that I complete the paperwork as she was available then.
She will not visit at convenient time, has refused a overpayment as it's "too difficult" to deal with her. She hasn't even completed the book despite her being handed it. She has been extremely pushy demanding payments even when I have made them online.
I have complained and asked for her not to attend and this has been ignored by provident.
Will be glad that I will have paid off this nightmare and I will never be using them again.”
