“I really am deeply dissatisfied with Provident's service. They are loan **discriminatory comments removed by Feefo** who love to persecute and harass their customers. I was not given the original amount that I requested, the operator from the call centre to whom I had to repeat all the information I had already given to Provident's agent was nasty and unhelpful. I have a medical condition and found the whole experience stressful, so much so I was in bed ill the next day. I will never take out another loan from Provident and won't be recommending them either.”

“Think the process is shocking. The questions you get asked is unbelievable and to have it recorded every single time they come to your house. The woman who came is very nice but think the company is terrible. I have a full time job and also work part time and got offered £150 I have no kids and live with my grandmother and there is people in my area along with my Mother who got more and are on benefits ? Once it is payed off I will never use again.”
