“Great service staff have great attitudes just didn't get loan I wanted so kinda feel like it was a waste of time abit but there you go just my opinion. Wanted 1000 got 200 you see the problem?”
“The first provident lady was 5 star excellent. Te following day i had a different provident representative was was fine but 3 times about the expense she said she wishes she had a partner or husband like that ,it made me feel judged and patronised.I told her that it is not as you see it. Apart from this all is good.”
“When I applied for a loan what I ended up with was completely different. This was decided before my application was given to the agents. Without going into too much personal detail, the agent arrived with 10% of what I actually asked for. The agent stated (as did their manager) that that's all I apparently requested. When looking back through the emails at no stage did it say I was being offered a lower amount then requested until I found an email attachment which had a much lower amount on. That said, the agent was fantastic, lovely and very helpful but I can't give more than three stars because I ended up with considerably less than I requested and I wasn't clearly informed about this until the agent arrived.”
“No problems but I got told that they’re not allowed to take payments before a week ( 7 days) and the agent came on the 6th day, if I hadn’t had managed to scrape it from change in the house it would have gone against me yet they aren’t allowed to come within the first week?”
“My provident rep is fantastic very helpful with information about services but my first appointment was a bit daunting as my rep and also his manager come to see me which is a bit intimidating.
He was examining things to me and she kept cutting him off and was a bit contradictive towards him.”
