“Your agents seemingly have not got a clue what day they come or go. When the loan was taken out, it was agreed that Thursday was the best day. Then the agent appeared on a Monday as Thursday for some reason was not a collection day. Then he wanted to come twice a week.
I said Thursday for a reason, because i get my pension on a Wednesday and the other days I have doctors, appointments etc.”
“Could of been a little better as once the advisor came out and conducted my loan i wasnt aware until following week that the lady who consucted my loan had left the company and it was me who had to ask where she was”
