She is rude, bolshy constantly forgets what she's told us on previous visits about re loans. Forgot to knock on our new arranged day of Friday this week and knocked on Thursday. She sshouts personal information outside the front door. When taking the income and expenditure from my partner and me she basically accused us of lying because she couldn't see the names on the provided letters then she saw we were right but never apologized. I think u shud listen back to the recordings. She also shouted to me in Bradwell that she was calling my house on Thursday which then made the people who I was with know I have a loan. Which is private.”
