She was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us .The problem was the length of time it took to get all the information she needed to give us a loan of £100 .Considering I have been a customer of provident for years but had a break the amount of paperwork she had to go through was ridiculous .”
“I think the woman who is dealing with me is very lovely and friendly. She is happy to change times if necessary for me and never keeps me long. She is very patient as I have 2 children who run riot while she is here but she is always polite about them.”

Kept asking us to shut up while recording and also didn't even tell us she was recording in the first place. She is rude, bolshy constantly forgets what she's told us on previous visits about re loans. Forgot to knock on our new arranged day of Friday this week and knocked on Thursday. She sshouts personal information outside the front door. When taking the income and expenditure from my partner and me she basically accused us of lying because she couldn't see the names on the provided letters then she saw we were right but never apologized. I think u shud listen back to the recordings. She also shouted to me in Bradwell that she was calling my house on Thursday which then made the people who I was with know I have a loan. Which is private.”
