“Was good communication from the rep, even come out on her day off to accommodate my working hours , only reason there wasn’t 5 star feed back is the fact the app went down the night she was supposed to come round ! Other than that excellent service and I would use Providant again and refer friends and family”

“No problems but I got told that they’re not allowed to take payments before a week ( 7 days) and the agent came on the 6th day, if I hadn’t had managed to scrape it from change in the house it would have gone against me yet they aren’t allowed to come within the first week?”
