“Publix/Ives Dairy Crossings. Went in today and needed shredded lettuce, Gary in produce morning shift directed me to the area. Obviously he saw me just standing there and came over to assist , I advised him all three bags had turned brown. He removed the bags from the shelf and said let me go look in the back. He returned with a box of new and fresh shredded lettuce. Now this is customer service at it's best! Gary in produce 👍 for providing great customer service. 😊”

“The only complaint that I have is that the sour bread is getting thinner. It’s getting kind of hard to put a slice of cheese and deli meat without it sticking out of the bread.

“I got fire because I hurt my foot at work .their manager wouldn’t give me the opportunity to file Workmen’s comp claim. I Recently got fired. I did nothing wrong. My wife, who works at PUBLIX too. She got depressed over the holidays started drinking. I told her that she needed to get help if she can’t stop on her own. I left the house let things cool down and I get charged with a domestic battery. There was no domestic battery because I did not touch her. She told the courts on the road I did not touch her and she told Andrew Becca and Mike that. I did not hear her. My charges were dropped. The state Attorney didn’t even fill charges on me. My case was investigated thoroughly Through the state Attorneys. In the do not charge me with this crime. I was simply trying to get my wife help because she has a drinking problem. She got a DUI. That alone should show you that she has a drink problem. Worked PUBLIX for seven years had no problem. We’re with PUBLIX had good reviews until Andrew got to the store. Andrew had a problem with me because he was supposed to make my wife full-time and never did. That’s the reason why my wife was working in my store. I had my white go to the bakery. Because all Andrew had to do is make her full-time and she would’ve went over to the deli. My wife was not going to work in that busy deli for only $14 hour. This is part of the reason why Andrew wanted me out of the store. He didn’t fire my wife when she got a DUI and threaten law-enforcement. So I feel I have been discriminated against for my sex in the nature of the charge. In my disability because Andrew was fully aware, I had a problem with my foot that I hurt at work and also I was going to be having surgery so I would be taking more time out of work.
So the managers that you need a fire is Andrew Kelly Miller HR and Theresa deli manager at Store 1394
Teresa was spreading rumours and flashing our arrest records around the Store, which is very unprofessional for a manager”
“I applied for a job that did not exist.The person doing the interviewing was not the manager might as well of been a bagger or cart collector. They said how did you hear about the job, on your job site. They said I would be stocking product. Ok, sounds good. I'll put you through to meet with the manager. I received a second email saying come in. I thought I had the job. Nope! Found out there was no job, they didn't feel I could do the job. Oh! Ok, hey how about working in the produce department, I'm in, the produce manager didn't think I was qualified. Ok I'm 63 years old. If that's a problem Publix needs to stop discriminating against age. All I heard was your too old. Don't email me leading me on thinking I have a job. Publix does discriminate on age..”
“This new Publix located at Publix Super Market at Valencia Center Palm Drivel have not been a pleasure. I go to the store everyday for a sub and they never have bread ready. For 4 days straight I had to speak to several different mangers including the store manager Joe. And the problem still wasn’t fixed. I had to walk out on Friday April 19 yet again the bread wasn’t ready to make the sub and I was told I had to wait an additional 15-20 for bakery to bring the bread.. said
Continued Comment: This Publix made it so hard for something so simple. The bread should already be ready before the store opens at 7am. Waiting on the bread to come is unacceptable and I’m so disappointed in Publix. I put Everything else I was buying back and walked out the store. My Shopping wasn’t a pleasure. STORE NUMBER 1229”
“It use to be "the best birthday cakes are from Publix"
I found this is no longer true. Last year I ordered a birthday cake for a friend. Looked great but you can taste it was frozen not fresh. I thought lesson learned. Called this week for a birthday cake. Was told all of them are frozen! Stopped in to buy cup cakes yesterday the 24th. All of them had expiration dates for the 25th or 27th!!
I will be looking for a good local bakery!!! I would put which Publix but I am sure they are all the same.”
“Publix tries to come off as “primer service “. However they have little organization in the front end at some of the stores. I worked and was hired as a cashier 8 months ago. All of a sudden there we’re bagging and lifting 32 bottles/water and pack customers cars. Driving electric carts back. AFTER 8 months of cashing. Got doctors note about heavy lifting and various duties persisted. Very disappointed with front end customer service and management NOT HANDLING THIS ISSUE PROPERLY. I am a good employee, always on time. Never customer complaints”
“I went to the Publix today on laurel springs parkway Suwanee. The cashier name is Caitlynn was super mean. Not friendly at all. Had a bad experience today which never happens before. I did complain about this to the manager. Hope he will address this issue.”
