AFI Cotroceni Pull & Bear salesman at cash register. Claiming that he fears his bosses, doesn't support a lady to remove the paper label from a t-shirt after she paid it. He claims: "the shop policy doesn't allow" Pull & Bear managers: helping your customers is not allowed - why? What kind of customer support are you providing? Do you support only money withdrawal? What are your employees trained to fear of at such intensity that they refuse to help a lady to remove a label on her acquired product? What does this say about your values, company statements and about yourself? Customer care or money care?

Decepcionada de esta tienda no la recomiendo hice un pedido me too pedir ka devolution del Dinero meses despues compre 3 prendas el 3 de enero y estas son las horas que aun no envian nada . No responden correos . Necesito la ropa que compre. Hagan algo irresponsible y mentirosos incumplidos

ين ممكن يحصل كدا غير مصر! للاسف الشديد. قمه في الا مبالاه و عدم المسوولية. مكتوب سعر و تروح تدفع تلاقي سعر تاني اغلي الفرق ١٠٠ جنيه و لما تعترض الرد غلطه موظف و عادي بتحصل و لما ترد و تقول لاء مش عادي في اي مكان في الدنيا و المفروض احاسب علي الموجود… مفيش مدير و مفيش اعتذار و كمان لما تبدي الاستياء و تقول انا لازم اشتكى يقولي اتفضلي ؟! هل ده لانه عارف ان الشكوى مبيحصلش فيها حاجه؟ و انه عادي ان الناس تشتكى و ان مفيش حمايه للمستهلك… علي فكره انا مش مبسوطه من المبدا و الفكره والا مبالاه. Is it ok for bull & bear? Any lead to contact? To push my complain further? Is it normal to shop a trouser with price labeled on with a value of 299 and when I went to pay the cashier said it's 399? He said it's a staff mistake no problem, it happens and full value should be paid and he was so fine to complain. Is it because he was sure that no reaction will take place? Annoying behavior. Is it fine also with pull & bear too?

Went here to purchase the top which I need staff assistant for size. One of the lady who work there just stop and starred at me saying all already on the rack and left me without helping.. As what I know about this company that they do have training on customers services but I guess that is how they been trained..

Rubbish quality, over priced goods, terrible customer service. Recently bought my daughter a cap- twice the price of a similar one in Bershka. Huge queue in store, 1 person on tills, who was constantly checking her phone, so queue took ages. Realised when I got home cap faulty. No choice but to keep as going on holiday following day & needed it. Emailed with photos asking for partial refund and mentioned rubbish service in store just got automated email back, telling me to return to store, no mention of customer service in store. Very clear they hadn’t read mine. Sent another, got a different automated email saying to send back since bought online! Sent another telling them to read my msg & stop sending automated responses, got the exact same reply as I did to first one 🤯. Won’t be buying anything from them ever again

Not impressed at all. Charged UK price but sent an item clearly destined for the EU and with a price tag of 25% less than I was charged. Online chat hopeless - as far as rude I would say. Twitter response was more amicable however, they just said the price I paid was correct for the UK. Won’t be using them again and would strongly recommend others to avoid.

Zero stars. The brand is the opposite of sustainable. The fast cycle is so fast that they cannot deal with defective product. Items on sale by the time you take them home and wear them. Customer Service does not help and just keeps sending you between online and instore support but no one ever understands the defective product nor helps.

Please DoNot order from Pull&Bear. They are a horrible company. 1) They sent me the wrong color 2) I called and waited to get return label. I then sent return package. Now I have been waiting for my refund since February 2/6/2022. Today is 4/20 I called and they are telling me I need to wait for another 30-45days for refund. They blamed on the warehouse process, but at the end no help.

Ordered online, two weeks, and my track.no. still shows that the GLS just received only "data" about upcoming package. So the shop havent even prepared my order for shipment yet. I dont know what to do. Online chat is a scam, only lame generated bot-answers. Email the same, automatic no reply responses. What to do!!!! Thry are totally closed to normal clients contact. This is a total scam, how come its not under lawsuit so far? How do they get away with this? Losers, amateurs and scammers.

Did not buy an evoucher as you won’t be able to use it, you need the person last 3 digits of the phone number they used when they bought it for you , so unless it’s activated you can’t use it, in our case the number they say we used does t work ! Stupid system we wasted £30!

Incompetence or scam? What a horrible shopping experience. In the modern, digital business setting it is surely incomprehensible to have an online store incapable or tracking inventory. With no customer service available you are forced to deal with a poorly programed bot. When you finally get through to a 'human' they are not prepared to deal with your issues. Avoid like the plague. These people are either utterly incompetent or plain and simple scammers - depending on their intent. I only wish I had read all of the other, terrible reviews before ordering.

Went to another city for a shopping trip and purchased a jumper from Pull&Bear. Wore the jumper once and after it’s first wash it fell apart! Contacted customer service via email and got no response, messaged them on Instagram and got told to bring it back to the store as because I’d purchased it in a store rather than online customer services couldn’t deal with the issue. Explained my “nearest” store was an hour and a half away so not practical to travel 60+ miles to return a jumper and their response didn’t even acknowledge this and just once again told me it had to be returned to a store! Absolutely shocking company, poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Placed 2 orders, paid over a 100 pounds and received nothing. Costumer service are ignoring emails, chat via site and there is no option to call (well there is but directs you to email/ live chat which is s&@t.) have been waiting for 12 days for items and will delete review if someone from costumer services will actually contact me

Shopping online is a nightmare! 2 times I shopped online and never received the items in my house and the money going out of my account… Contacting the costumer service is a joke! I tried WhatsApp, email and even I live chat no answer! I’m really but really disappointed.

I ordered online in good faith a hoodie for my friends daughters 16th birthday. It arrived, was pretty, was already well folded etc, so I left it alone and wrapped it. As she opened it I noticed a security tag on the back of the hoodie. Embarrassing on our part. There's no pull and bear shops here, so I had to drive it to a shopping centre where a lovely young lady from Next removed it for me. I drove all the way back to her house and gave it to her again. Really inconvenient for me. I emailed pull and bear and asked to be compensated the fuel for the embarrassment and inconvenience, I only expected £5 refund etc. Plus I had to take a load of photos to prove what had happened, which I did and attached to the email. Their first reply a week later, they wanted different photos, even though I took several from all angles including labels too. I couldn't get extra photos because she now had the top, then I was offered free postage. I replied I didn't want free postage, having no intention of ordering again from them, so I was offered 5% discount. (You Honestly couldn't make this stuff up!!) This is still ongoing after a month, and the purchase early August, and the first email was on August 18th. They take a week to reply to each one. So if you don't want to be ignored or you have any genuine issues STEER WELL CLEAR of pull and bear. I'm still waiting for a £5 refund. I'm not holding my breath, but I'm also not going to let it go either. It's now principal.
